STEP ONE: PLANNING & SCHEDULING

During the second semester of junior year, parents and students schedule a consultation to talk through the session and choose a date. Consultations can take place anytime from junior year through June.

Some seniors love being involved in the planning, while others prefer to keep things simple and let me guide the way. During the consultation, we decide on locations, outfits, and who may be included so the session feels comfortable and natural for everyone. Most senior sessions take place in the summer or fall as senior year begins, and the session fee is due to reserve your date.

Phone calls are always available if questions come up right away or if a quick conversation is helpful.

 

STEP TWO: YOUR SESSION

This is the easy part. Sessions are relaxed, focused, and efficient. You are welcome to bring what matters to you, whether that means a pet, a family member, or simply yourself. A quick reminder to eat beforehand helps keep energy up.

 

STEP THREE: ORDERING SESSION

After your session, we schedule an ordering appointment to view your images and select your digital image collection. We can meet in your home or at a local coffee shop, whichever feels easiest. The order fee is due at this time, and payment plans are available if needed.

 

STEP FOUR: IMAGE DELIVERY & YEARBOOK SUBMISSION

Once your order is placed, your digital image collection is completed within approximately two to four weeks, depending on the season. Yearbook images are always prioritized and submitted to the school before the deadline.

 

STEP FIVE: SENIOR YEAR AND BEYOND

From there, senior year moves quickly. If you would like help with graduation announcements or party invitations, those options are available as well.
